we have solved, the errors with the residential network.
What erros have we fixed?
- username showing undefined
- Some countries not working
- Not rotating on time

What have we added?
- residential user will now have upto 6 months to use their proxy without it expiring, (instead of 1 month)
- We have also added up to nearly 50,000 more ips for locations like USA/EU
